Scenic Walton Welcomes Cecilia Canut to Board of Directors

Santa Rosa Beach, FL — Scenic Walton is proud to announce the appointment of Cecilia Canut to its Board of Directors. Canut, a Marketing Specialist with the Walton County Tourism Department, brings vibrant energy and a strong background in community outreach to Scenic Walton. In her role, she promotes the area’s natural appeal while also leading Keep Walton County Beautiful, an affiliate of Keep America Beautiful housed within the Tourism Department where she champions environmental education, litter prevention and beautification initiatives across the county.

Cecilia holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and advertising from Flagler College and is passionate about giving back to her community. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the beach, watching movies, and spending time with her family and friends. Cecilia is excited to join the board of Scenic Walton and looks forward to contributing to supporting projects that preserve Walton County and enhance quality of life for its residents.

Scenic Walton is focused on promoting the conservation of Walton County’s distinctive landscapes and enhancing quality of life for people who live, work and play here through building effective partnerships with like-minded organizations, strategic planning and public engagement.
