Oppose proposed settlement to allow illegal PAMM billboard

The Miami City Commission is considering a settlement that would retroactively legalize a massive, illegal digital billboard at the Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM). The museum never secured the City’s required consent for this billboard, violating its lease. Approving this deal would reward lawbreakers and set a dangerous precedent for Miami’s future.

Digital billboards distract drivers, waste enormous amounts of energy, harm wildlife, and degrade Miami’s cultural and scenic character. Commissioners must uphold the law — not bend it for billboard companies.

Tell your City Commissioners: Vote NO on the billboard settlement.
